Alan RegisterExecutive Vice President, Ascentium Group Manager
Alan joined Regions in 2016 and is an Executive Vice President in Commercial Banking with responsibility for the bank's Commercial Small Business strategy and execution. In July 2025, his leadership expanded to cover Ascentium Capital,
a division of Regions Bank. Prior to this role, he served as the Market Executive for Birmingham and also as the Commercial Banking District Director for the Alabama, Mississippi and Florida Panhandle Markets. Prior to coming on board with Regions in 2016, Alan held the positions of City President, Commercial Banking Manager, and Commercial Relationship Manager with BBVA Compass (2001-2016). Before his time with BBVA Compass, Alan served in
a National Account Manager role with Fleet Bank’s Vendor Finance division (1999-2001), and prior to his time at Fleet, served in various treasury/finance roles with GTE (1992-1999). Alan started his banking career with First
Florida Bank in Tampa in 1986. Alan is a 1986 graduate of Samford University, earning a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Through the years, he has also participated in numerous non-profit and community-oriented activities. |
Debra Battaglia Senior Vice President, Ascentium Marketing Prior
to joining Ascentium Capital, Debbie was on her own consulting. However, the majority of her career was focused on the financial services sector. Debbie was the Marketing Vice President for EverBank Commercial Finance for thirteen
years. She was part of the team that launched US Express Leasing and shepherded the company through two acquisitions with Tygris and EverBank. While at ECF, she oversaw co-brand and private-label programs with high net-worth clients
spanning several industries. Before that, she spent ten years at CIT and its predecessor company, AT&T Capital Corporation, where she held various marketing and communications roles and worked on vendor finance programs with large
manufacturers. Debbie earned her MBA in Marketing from Farleigh Dickinson University and holds a BS in Business with a minor in Studio Art from Skidmore College.

Daniel BocashSenior Vice President, Ascentium Asset Management Daniel
Bocash is Senior Vice President, Ascentium Asset Management and oversees portfolio servicing for the company. Daniel brings over 25 years of expertise in a variety of areas including customer care, collections, litigation, asset sales
and repossessions. Prior to Ascentium, Daniel held positions with Direct Capital, a Division of CIT, managing all aspects of portfolio servicing. Daniel’s extensive background in management has afforded the opportunity to work
for leading organizations including Nationwide Credit, Capital Credit Corporation and OSI.

Craig CollingSenior Vice President, Ascentium Vendor Channel Leader Craig Colling brings over two decades of equipment finance experience to his leadership role at Ascentium Capital. Craig joined Ascentium Capital in 2018 and has served in key sales and strategic roles, helping expand the company’s national footprint. Over the years, he has played a pivotal part in building high-performing teams, deepening client relationships, and driving growth across our organization.
Prior to Ascentium, Craig held leadership and business development positions at an independent finance company, where he focused on scaling originations and optimizing partner success. He began his career in the early 2000s as a top-producing sales executive and has consistently been recognized for his ability to lead with integrity, develop talent, and execute strategy. Craig is a Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) and holds a degree in Business from the University of Arizona. He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs access capital, mentoring the next generation of industry professionals, and building businesses that stand the test of time. |
Ryan DriscollSenior Vice President, Ascentium Vendor Vertical & Franchise Leader Ryan joined Ascentium Capital in 2018 and quickly established himself as an invaluable leader within the organization. He currently drives sales efforts in the Vendor Vertical and Franchise space, developing strategies and leading multiple sales groups to deploy Vendor financing programs in industries that require a specialized approach. Prior to this Channel Leader role, Ryan helped expand the Direct Sales origination, opened and managed the Portland ME sales office and elevated the company’s franchise and hospitality channel strategies.
With over 20 years of industry experience, he previously led sales teams focused on commercial titled assets, business development, and franchise at several companies, including Direct Capital. Ryan earned his BS in Economics at University of Southern Maine and also holds an Associates in Small Business Management from the University of New Hampshire.

of the organization. He attended the University of Southern Maine before starting his career in financial sales.

Eric LemireSenior Vice President, Ascentium Operations
Eric Lemire, Senior Vice President, Ascentium Operations, brings over 14 years of financial experience. Eric started his career with Concord Commercial, a division of HSBC in Buffalo, NY. The division was acquired by Alter Moneta in 2004
and he became the Treasurer for their Montreal office in Canada. Eric then led Treasury at Mericap Credit and subsequently worked as the Senior Vice President Capital Markets and Treasury Manager for First American Equipment Finance. Eric joined Ascentium Capital in 2012, as Senior Vice President of Finance and managed budgeting, forecasting, reporting, tax planning and general corporate finance. He was also on the Wholesale Truck and Finance Board of Directors. Eric obtained an MBA from Canisius College where he graduated with the highest GPA in the school and was inducted to Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Business School Society and also has a Bachelors in Business Administration from the Quebec
University in Montreal. |
Ozgen Sayginsoy Senior Vice President, Ascentium Risk Management Ozgen Sayginsoy is the Senior Vice President, Ascentium Risk Management, with experience in risk management
and analytics. Prior to joining Ascentium, Ozgen was Chief Credit, Market and Liquidity Risk Officer at Ocwen Financial Corporation. Prior to Ocwen, he was the Global Head of Default Analytics for Barclaycard, a division of Barclays,
and previously held a leadership role in risk management at HSBC. Ozgen started his career in academia as an Asst. Professor of Econometrics at State University of New York in Albany. Ozgen holds Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in Economics
from Cornell University, and an M.Sc. degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Hernan TraversoneSenior Vice President, Ascentium Credit Hernan
Traversone is Senior Vice President, Ascentium Credit. In this role, Hernan is responsible for underwriting and risk management. Hernan has more than 21 years of experience in the finance industry and in underwriting consumer and commercial
credit. Hernan Traversone received his CLP certification in 2008 and attended the University of South Florida.
